How long is the Data Engineer with Azure Cloud course?

45 hours total, delivered as one live 1-hour session per day for 45 days — short enough to fit around a job or studies, long enough to go from data fundamentals to two working batch pipelines.

Do I need prior coding experience?

No. The first ten sessions of the Azure course build up SQL and Python — including data structures and OOP — from scratch before any Spark or Databricks work begins.

Who trains the sessions?

Mentors who currently work as data engineers at product-based companies, not full-time trainers reading slides. You're learning how the tools are actually used in production.

Does this prepare me for certification?

Yes. The final module of the Azure course is dedicated Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam prep, with a full mock exam and weak-area review.

Is there a real project, or just theory?

You build two end-to-end batch pipelines — one orchestrated entirely inside Databricks, one orchestrated through Azure Data Factory — that become your portfolio pieces.

How are students assessed?

Every module ends with one independent assessment completed by the student — a timed SQL test, a graded notebook submission, a live streaming exercise, and so on.

Will I be ready for interviews after this?

The last two sessions are full mock interviews: a technical scenario round and a project-walkthrough-plus-behavioral round, scored against a rubric by working data engineers.

Are AWS Data Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineer available yet?

They're in development. Join the waitlist from the Courses page and we'll notify you the moment enrollment opens.
